King in the arena!?

Hello everyone,
I'm not Russian, so I'm writing to you in English.

I wonder why the king sometimes fights in the arena and sometimes not? What determines that? And is there a way to predict whether the king will be in the arena or not? Or is it all random?

king on arena probability from 0% to 75%

0% for no upgrades both kings, 75% for both kings full upgraded
