Banned

Hello, i got banned yesterday in legion td - i assume that i "left" the game but it wasnt the case. in fact i got warcraft error and there is no way to join the game back. It was in LTD 772, reason autobanned 10 and link on this site. Is this ban legit? If I remember it was in like lvl 3 to 5 (somewhere in early game).
