Elite statue abuse / Злоупотребление элитными статуями

Hello, i played a game in LTD Hybrid 1x1 with IllabaTok , who have the ELITE statue. It was a close and long game. When we reached 20 , he uses his ELITE statue to push after 6/15 (Screenshot 1 ) while i couldn't as i don't have any Elite statue (screenshot 2). Then he uses Elite Quarter (Screenshot 3) to send at 30. I couldn't find any rule on the forum about this situation. Does he have the right to do so while i'm not ELITE? I thank you for your time

Когда мы достигли 20, он использует свою статую ELITE, чтобы толкать после 6/15 (скриншот 1), в то время как я не мог, так как у меня нет никакой элитной статуи (скриншот 2). Затем он использует Elite Quarter (скриншот 3) для отправки в 30. Я не смог найти на форуме ни одного правила об этой ситуации. Имеет ли он право делать это, пока я не ЭЛИТА? Во молодец, всем надо брать пример с него. Поздоровался, максимально все расписал, скриншотики, поблагодарил,да еще и на 2х языках. Золотой.( ток ссылочку не нашел, но для первого раза и так всех превзошел) За такую проделанную работу не грех дать и элитку ему, да Бур? Ну а темку в закреп, для примера другим.

He finished in top20 last season, so he was rewarded and given elite statue for two months. He can use it as much as he wants.

It seems rly unfair, Elite statue gives a good advantages, especially in end game i'll make sur i wont play versus him again ...
